Can I pick-up my order from your store?
Yes, we do have a space where you could come to pick-up or purchase your orders. We are located at 100 Eunos Avenue 7, #01-01. We are open on weekdays, 1pm - 7pm and weekends 2pm - 6pm. Please inform us beforehand if you are coming down.
Can I do a walk-in purchase?
Yes, you can although it would be best to contact us beforehand to ensure that there’s someone to assist you. For walk-in purchases, we only accept Paynow and cash. Our office is located at 100 Eunos Avenue 7 #01-01. We are open on weekdays, 1pm - 7pm and weekends 2 pm - 6pm.
Do you provide installation services as well?
Yes, we do. Click here to determine your exact model and book your slot. Please note, this service is currently only available on weekends. Alternatively, we have in-depth DIY guides which you might find helpful
What other services do you provide?
We only do hardware installations and services for the products that we’re selling on our platform (battery replacement, screen replacement etc.). We do not perform any software checks or upgrades.
Is there a warranty to my products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty for all our products, starting on the date of purchase.
How do I claim my warranty?
Please provide proof of purchase (eg. invoice) and ship the product back to us. We will then provide you with either a refund or a replacement product.
How long will delivery take?
We will aim to dispatch your order for delivery within 24 hours. For standard delivery, your order will then be delivered within 2 - 4 working days. For pick-up, your order will be ready for pick-up one working day after you receive your confirmation.
Is mend a local seller?
Yes, we are a local seller that currently only distributes in Singapore.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are not. We pride ourselves for being completely transparent with our costs. All costs will be shown on the checkout page before making the payment.

Are the parts sold new/original parts?
All our products sold are new. We carry both original and OEM products on our listings. Do look at the product answer for more information.
How do I fix my device?
If you have a specific electronic part that you want to purchase, simply head over to our ‘Shop’ section and choose the item. Some parts also come along with guides on how to fix them (E.g. Macbook Pro 13 battery replacement).
